Campaigns and Copywriting
These are some of my favorite campaigns and writing samples that I created in 2021. I have written copy for various forms of media for different businesses and groups. My content has been used for many purposes, including email campaigns, website copy, blogs, and social media posts, and ad campaigns.
Long Form - Email Campaign
Here is a sample of an email campaign I designed and launched for Art of Home Team's New Year Video at the end of 2021. The email had a 33% open rate and led to our YouTube video getting over 2.6K views the first day.
Long Form - Real Estate Blog
For the past 3 Years, I have been designing, writing, and curating a blog for Art of Home Team, a start up real estate company in Denver, CO. Here is a sample of my work. Please visit my blog to see more.
Short Form - Social Media
Since January 2019, I have been managing, copywriting, designing graphics, and curating 15+ social media accounts for a small team of Realtors. Here is an example of the marketing I do to launch their active listings. I manage a variety of channels, including their Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
Short Form - TikTok
I launched Art of Home Team's TikTok in fall 2021. Here is an example of an online contest we ran back in October, 2021. The contest was for generating real estate leads Denver. We offered 2 tickets to the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit. To enter, a prospective client would click through the social media post or ad to a Typeform that I designed, then my team would pull a report and integrate leads with our Chime and Mailchimp platforms.
Long Form - Video Production and Editing
Here is an example of a video I made promoting a local artist and her shows coming up.
"Dive deep with Kim Roberts as she talks all things art: emotions, inspiration, origins, and the creative journey. Kim is a visual artist and certified therapist living in Denver, CO. Through her art, she finds a balance between natural rhythms and human connection."
Graphic Design and Animation
These are some of my favorite designs that I have made in 2021. I have created designs for various businesses and groups. These media have been used for many purposes: event marketing, email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and print marketing, to name a few outlets.
